Finding what you need, when you need it
Whether you’re in the office or on the go, you need to be able to find legal information when you need it.
With Kleos you can search through cases, identities, documents, calendar, tasks and activities to stay in control of your legal information.
Find what you're looking for by using the global or local search options
The global search button is located in the upper right corner of all Kleos screens. It is the quickest way to find information in Kleos. You may use it to perform a search through the entire Kleos database.
Use filters to sort through case, calendar, tasks and activity criteria
Many Kleos screens contain quick filters. You may find quick filters in the cases screen, the calendar, the task screen, and the activities screen.
Find specific data using multi-field search
The advanced search is located beside the search box. It opens a window that allows combining all the fields of the data entity to make a specific search. Through the advanced search it is possible to perform searches using the extra fields defined by the user.
